Our Story
Positioned along the famous St James Street, with a sea breeze, Eliza’s Pizzeria was more than just a pizzeria—it was a movement. A place where dough met dreams, where the scent of wood-fired crust wrapped around the community like a warm hug.
It started with an idea. What if pizza could be a catalyst for community? A space where people didn’t just eat but made the pizza together, shared stories, and built something real?
So, Eliza’s Pizzeria was born!
By day, it was an open kitchen where locals could drop in, roll up their sleeves, and create their own masterpieces—hand-stretched dough, delicious toppings, and secret sauce recipes. By night, a buzzing event space full of comedians, drag acts, art workshops, along with many more. The door is always welcome to bring your ideas to the space.
The first night was magic. Families, students, artists, and old friends gathered around long wooden tables, laughter bouncing off the brick walls.
Community, creativity, and connection.
